Spindles and hubs have been Cryo-treated, and hubs are machined on outer edge to accept and center 318mm Boxster S rotors. Included are the Lexus LS430 4-piston (4x42mm) caliper adapters with new hardware. New inner and outer bearings installed and preload set, with fresh Molybdenum-Graphite high-temp grease. Spindles have been drilled and precision reamed to accept 5/8” bump-steer drop bolts (4130 Steel) and 5/8” heim joints (heim joints are not included). This allows up to a 2 inch drop. Included are the tie-rod conversion adapters that alow an alternative to the expensive Porsche tie rods.

NEW! 944 / 951 FIREWALL REINFORCEMENT PLATE An 11 gauge (.125") thick Stainless Steel plate for reinforcing the firewall around the brake and clutch master cylinders. Firewall fatigue and flex has led to failure of the supporting sheet metal in these areas, and a weld-in reinforcement plate is the best method of repair.
Designed for use with the Wilwood #260-7563 tandem manual brake master cylinder or Tilton / Wilwood Dual MC Balance Bar Assemblies to allow adequate cylinder head clearance, and uses a custom pushrod (supplied with the plate). May also be used with the 944 power brake booster and cereal bowl in non-converted cars. Brake pedal pushrod mounting location must be re-drilled .75 - 1.0" upward to increase pedal ratio with the manual brake conversion. Includes drill template for bolt-on applications, which allows choices of Wilwood or stock 944 clutch master cylinders. Does not include the lengthened clutch pushrod clevis.
