WARRANTY AND RETURNS
All custom parts sold by 944v8s.com have been successfully installed and proven in existing conversions, but it should be noted that every 944 is unique to a certain extent. What works well on one conversion may need minor adjustment on other conversions. The fitment of a Small Block Chevy V8 in a Porsche® 944 may require some flexibility of design and fabrication concerning engine mounts and hood clearance, but will not require major modifications to the chassis.
All custom parts are warranted against manufacturing defects only. Parts used for racing or competition are warranted against manufacturing defects only. Custom parts are not warranted for wear or breakage under any circumstance. No returns on electrical parts.
Any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any exceptions. We cannot accept returns on custom-manufactured parts.
